We are looking for candidates for the position ofACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
located in Tirana, Albania

Role holder’s principal accountabilities:
•Responsible for processing in SAP on daily basis invoices, expense statements and other journal postings in an efficient and timely manner.
•Preparing sales invoices, controlling custom declarations and updating the financial data in excel reports needed for daily work processes and monthly reconciliations.
•Responsible for bank reconciliations on daily basis and payment allocations to the proper vendor and customer accounts. Following up communications with bank and Group Accounting Department and insuring all the processes have been in compliance and on time.
•Preparing and submitting VAT books, WHT tax calculations and responsible for tax and custom payment on time as per the Tax Authority deadlines.
•Follows up the SAP utilization system for all E-Flow requests, PO raisings, Intercompany Recharge invoices and in order to solve any incompatibility with the process requirements.
•Assisting during internal/external audits and Tax Authorities by providing the requested information and documentations.
•Coordinate monthly closing process and responsible for reconciliation of general ledger accounts and maintaining all the data for imports, sales, customer credit balances, stock calculations, accruals, provisions.
•Follows up SAP dashboard monthly, and raise CR for all SAP changes needed and all the problems faced during work process and being compliant with company policies and procedures.
•Assisting the Chief Accountant in the preparation of financial statements and all other ad hoc requests in Finance department.
•University Degree in Finance or Accounting
•At least 3 years’ experience in similar position (preferable in international companies)
•Strong analytical skills
•Good knowledge of international accounting standards – IFRS
•Knowledge on SAP system (will be considered as an advantage)
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Commitment to teamwork
•Fluency in English (written and spoken)
•High level PC skills (LN, Word, Excel, PP, etc.).
