On behalf of our international client on consultancy field, we are looking to recruit suitable candidates for the position of Team Leader – Specialist in public investment planning and management
with the following qualifications and requirements:
The Team Leader will be responsible for the planning and day-to-day management of the project, ensuring timely integration of all its components, managing all team members, the Stakeholders and the internal and external communications and ensuring the quality of all project outputs. It is expected that s/he will be responsible for the overall coordination of the project implementation and its related activities and for the efficient and effective use of the available resources.
The Team Leader will be also responsible planning and implementation and reporting of activities related to efficient management of the national single project pipeline (NSPP) She/he will assess and identify the needs of beneficiary for relevant TA (Technical Assistance) support and will mobilize and coordinate the activities of non-key experts when specific support is needed.
•Master’s degree (or equivalent five years university diploma) in economy, public administration, engineering or related fields.
•Fluency in English, both written and spoken (min 2 points in the scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic).
•Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent). General professional experience
•Preferably 15 (fifteen) years but minimum 10 (ten) years of professional experience in relation to identification, planning and/or management of infrastructure projects. Specific professional experience
•Preferably 6 (six) years, but minimum 3 (three) years of professional experience in training and/or capacity building for public administration.
•At least 1 (one) experience as Team Leader on a TA project for capacity building.
•At least 1 (one) professional experience with prioritization of investments, and/or planning of strategic projects.
•Experience with prioritization of investments, and/or planning of strategic projects in EU countries, pre-accession countries or EU candidate/potential candidate countries will be considered an asset.
