Lindner Albania subsidiary of Lindner Group is currently in search of the right candidate for the position:
Description: Provides administrative and secretarial support to others in the office in order to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Scheduling appointments and taking messages; Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals; Drafting and sending emails as directed; Drafting various documents
- Supporting the team; Preparing memos, forms, agendas, minutes of meeting, directories and tables; other general office administrative tasks
Requirements: University degree and at least 2 years of working experience;
Previous experience supporting multiple people in an administrative capacity; Strong Microsoft office applications skills; Professional phone presence; Strong work ethic and outstanding references; Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task, prioritize and problem solve; Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in German,English and Albanian; Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment.
