Lindner Albania subsidiary of Lindner Group is currently in search of the right candidates for the positions:

•Project Manager

Description: Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the company.

Detyrat

Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement projects. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables, define tasks and required resources, collect and manage project team. Manage budget, allocate project resources, create schedule and project timeline. Track deliverables, support and direct team, lead quality assurance, monitor and report on project progress. Reports on progress as well as problems and solutions to the Management. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project deadlines and evaluate and assess result of project

Kualifikimet

Requirements: Higher Technical Education in Civil Engineering and at least 8 years of working experience;
Proven experience as construction project manager. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. Good knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with construction/ project management software. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A team player with leadership abilities. Working knowledge of English and/or German language. Excellent skills in business correspondence
