Job Position: BARTENDER

Location:  Rogner Hotel Tirana

Profile: Rogner Hotel Tirana is looking for energetic, friendly and confident BARTENDER who strives to create memorable moments for our  guests!

Detyrat

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for beverage preparation up to the guest request.
  • Responsible for guests service at the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area.
  • Preparing the daily Mise-en-place.
  • Maintenance of all Beverage and Food equipment’s used at the Bar area.
  • Maintaining proper Hygiene, Cleanliness and Order in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area.
  • Proper welcoming of all guests in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area.
  • Serving food and beverage to the clients if is needed.
  • Answering the phone and taking room service orders.
  • Handling complaints with care, respecting the guest opinion and finding the best solution.

Kualifikimet

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Basic Drinks and Recipes.
  • Understanding The Differences Between Spirits, Beers, and Wine.
  • Bar Tools and Equipment Proficiency.
  • Great Social Skills.
  • Responsible Alcohol Service.
  • Fluent speaking of English and Albanian language.
