Role and Responsibilities:

• Command and Control: Take charge of your assigned route, serving as the primary contact for our international partners.
• Through strategic planning and operational execution, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods while maintaining profitability.
• Negotiate and Expand: Lead negotiations with current partners and drive growth by expanding your own client portfolio.
• Team Support: Play a crucial role in supporting your team, quickly resolving issues, and fostering a strong sense of teamwork and shared success.

Internship Duration: Minimum of 6 months and maximum of 1 year and a half.

Possibility of full-time employment after a successful internship.*

Kualifikimet

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in Italian and English: Essential for communication within the team and with clients.
• Fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage.

Education: Recently completed Bachelor's degree (or higher) or in the final semester of studies in

• Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields. We are also open to consider students of other degrees.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with international partners and negotiate deals effectively.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capacity to think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and teamoriented environment.
• Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and eager to take initiative in expanding the company’s client base and improving operations
