Përshkrimi

Coepto sh.p.k is a company with main activity paper processing, production and realization of packaging materials, promotional materials, etc. It is currently looking for an energetic and experienced Project Manager, who will manage client relationships and lead projects from start to successful completion.

Detyrat

Tasks

  • Prospecting new clients and managing new projects
  • Resolving client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Overseeing internal budgets and profitability
  • Overseeing the quoting process to provide timely manner and competitive selling price
  • Ensuring the samples meets the client’s expectations and requirements.
  • Closely collaborating with internal departments to ensure the highest quality of products are being produced and all client needs met.
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Overseeing and managing documentation including request tracker, sample tracker, PO tracker.
  • Planning and reporting periodically to BOD and HO on account progress, efficiency and other assigned KPIs.
  • Other related tasks based on demand arising if/where necessary
