Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Wednesday through Sunday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM CET/CEST)
Reports To: Senior Account Manager + Lead Account Manager
About the Role:
We are hiring a organized, detail-oriented Account Manager, with strong critical thinking skills to join our team during the afternoon/evening shift. This role is focused entirely on presale  preparation and closing support, ensuring that Sales Representatives have everything they
need to move deals forward efficiently. You’ll be working closely with the sales team and support  staff to help streamline the sales process, catch errors before they happen, and drive results - all while maintaining top-tier service standards.


Detyrat

  • Provide hands-on support to all Sales Representatives during active deal cycles, with a focus on presale and closing stages.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
  • Ensure all required documents and system inputs (all required documents are sent and signed and completed based on each financing) are complete and accurate before deal submission.
  • Coordinate internally to gather necessary information from design, operations, or management to help close deals.
  • Communicate clearly with Sales Reps to keep them updated and supported in real time during working hours.
  • Monitor and update CRM systems with accurate, up-to-date data related to active deals and sales activities.
  • Respond quickly to time-sensitive requests and flag any issues that could delay deal submission or approval.
  • Required to speak to Homeowners and sales reps on the phone when needed.

Kualifikimet

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. (ENGLISH)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Comfortable using any platforms we are needing to use. (Financing portals/sales tools/telegram etc…)
  • Must be dependable and able to work the designated shift: Wednesday through
  • Sunday, 1PM–9PM EST.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
