Job Title: Account Manager – Trucking Operations   

Company Overview:
Join our fast-paced and growing trucking company! We specialize in providing reliable logistics solutions and are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Work Schedule: Must be available 8AM-6PM EST 

Detyrat

Email Management:

  • Coordinate loads and address broker issues
  • Update drivers' statuses to brokers via Dialpad

Invoice Management:

  • Submit invoices promptly and ensure timely payments
  • Track and upload invoices into the system
Driver Logs:
  • Track driver logs and working hours accurately

Broker Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact with brokerages to handle operational needs

Kualifikimet

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Proficiency in using office tools and software (e.g., email platforms, document management systems);
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or administrative roles is a plus;
