Requirements:

  • JavaScript (2+ years): Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), with deep expertise in asynchronous programming, closures, and functional programming paradigms.
  • React.js (2+ years): Extensive experience in building complex, scalable applications using React.js, including a strong command of React Hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and lifecycle methods.
  • HTML/CSS: Mastery in HTML5 and CSS3, with the ability to design and implement adaptive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Testing and Debugging: Proficient with Jest and React Testing Library to ensure robust front-end applications.
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git, with a comprehensive understanding of version control workflows and best practices for collaborative development within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong understanding and practical application of OOP principles to design scalable and maintainable software.
  • Mobile Development: Experience in iOS development using Swift; familiarity with Android development is a plus.
  • API Integration: Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs, with specific experience in Google APIs or similar services.
  • AG Grid Customization: Knowledge of implementing and customizing the AG Grid library for complex, data-driven applications.

Soft Skills:

The office is well structured in many departments which currently work at the same timezone as New York hours, 13:30-21:30 (Albania Timezone). Flex is located on Rr. Kavajes, Kompleksi Delijorgji Building L K8  in the wide spacious office of around 1000m2.
